You should know if the baby is a girl by 18-20 week appt. I know with my hospital, they offer a test just for that outside of your appt. for around $75. I had a girl and they are great. She is now 12 and is total opposite of me lol My son I seem to be carrying low...and my daughter I carried high. I'm not sure about the heart rate theory b/c my son has a 160's heartrate. My daughter had lower...I'm not sure if this is a totally accurate predictor. And sometimes...I think you can tell.
@ArtInMeAndYou haha that's funny I had the opposite with my girl. I carried low and her heartbeat was always around 140. But I do hear that more people with girls had morning sickness than with boys, extra hormones maybe?

honestly, i believe the docs have an idea of what the baby is before we do. its just the 20th week that confirms. cuz my doc knew. hey have you ever tryed going to a ultrasound place that does 3d?

My Pink or Blue test was shipped to me yesterday, I'm hoping it doesn't take too long to get to Canada... once I get it I think I'll pay extra to ship it back like overnight or something lol... like you I want the results before my ultrasound, but with shipping to and from Canada often taking 2 weeks, it would never have the time before December 16th.
