His name is Donnie Montero. There was an interview with him in the Oct 09 Park Slope Courier. I wouldn't mind seeing him run past. When I was working in East Midtown there was this guy who used to always go out running in a women's negligee. At first i thought he was a frat pledge or someone who lost a bet, but then I used to see him regularly and in various women's undergarments. It was the same deal with him -- people laughed and moved on. That's why I love NYC.

Unbelievable! They mentioned this video on the news just now. That's so NOT ok--nothing wrong with the human body, but the people walking around him don't even have a choice but to see him--not even for art would they allow it (ie: the model who had her pics taken at the Met) Then again, it's not as bad as the networks allowing shows to say "what a dick" on the air with no bleep.
