Well to get to the blue form I know it's Chocograph #4 in your chocograph list, the chocograph you dig up is random you can get it first time or last time, but once you've found it you need to evolve your chocobo before you can find anymore chocographs.

By evolving it, certain chocographs you find will make your chocobo evolve once you've found their treasures, have fun :)

dude I cant go to chocobo lagoon with the same chocobo as u. is it possible?

@valky456rie Yes it is possible. You have to find and island nw of the chocobo lagoon (it will have choco prints.) Then take the route that starts towards the north heading east (towards forgotten cont.) then back to the islands into the chocobo lagoon.
