  • do you have to jet the carb after this

  • @thejammersgroup No.Bypassing some of the plumbing is an improvement but it doesn't affect ratios. You would have to do a serious swap of mufflers for rejetting.

  • how many holes did you drill into the back baffle 3 or 4?

  • Went around and drilled holes then punched it out with a 1" pipe for flow.

  • Sadly I only have a 1/2" drill. Nothing bigger. Will try it with the 1/2 inch

  • 7/8" drill bit has a 1/2" shank.I used a cordless drill myself.

  • Meant to say that the biggest drill bit I have is a 1/2" drill bit. But yeah haven't gotten around to do it yet.

  • Can I please get a link to a guide or a step by step for this with an image showing exactly where to drill and how far.

  • see below.

  • Do i Have to take off the exhaust to remove any chipping that might fall inside the exhaust while drilling?

  • Why? Exhaust will blow it out.

  • Take a 7/8" drill inside the exhaust pipe until you cut thru the side wall, fast speed and light pressure.Called the 7/8 drill mod.

  • i would like to know how you did this mod. sounds good!

  • How did you do the mod? I am currently working on mine. I have drilled the backend of the muffler out with a 2" whole saw. I am cleaning up the cuts with drimmell. Don't know what it sounds like yet.

    Cool sound.

  • have you ever had any probs with ur motor or anything after you did that mod

  • Cheapskate!
