Select your Elin character and type "setscale 0.8". Elins are small.

@Aolaris No, they're in the right one... somewhat anyways.

I apparently needed some other Elin mod for this to work, but I'm still running into a slight problem when I equip the armor...

My head disappears whenever I equip the Elin helm, my armor turns in a ugly glass armor whenever I equip the Elin armor. It's like it's missing the textures or something.
