  • you should never operate any rf amplifier that is vhf, uhf, or microwave without the cover on !

  • 700 watts out for 50V / 10 Amperes in ???? You're overunity !!!!

  • I only need 900w keydown. The main TX amp excties at 50w or less and gives 100w out. need a boost from 100 to 1kw keydown.

  • @gbowne1

i can offer you 1kw as a tubeamp or with transistor/fet. let me know if you are interessted.

  • @profisender Sorry for the delay.. yeah I am definitely interested. Was wondering if the BLF248 would work.

  • welcome

  • very nice 1... i wish i could afford such stuff but i'm only 14 (I need it 4 my pirate radio station wich is currently running @ 300 watts)

  • @SmashCOBamberg 14 and running a pirate station i hope u are carnt its children that ruin it for the real pirates

  • It is 7W input and 700W output man :)

  • @profisender how much is you bias voltage to achieve a 700w max?

  • What a nice machine ! 500Watts in, 700Watts out. Every broadcasting company would like this generator ! :-)

  • @DL4XX It looks like it has two power supplies. Each supplying 10A @ 50V you get a total of 1000W. Of course, the power supplies themselves are not 100% efficient. That unit is likely drawing somewhere around 1100W to 1200W from the outlet.
