Our Community Choir sang this, I was a tenor. My boss said that she had tears in her eyes when we sang this song. It is really moving especially when it is sung acapella.
This is one of the most moving songs written and ya'll sang it beautifully.... The only correction is the end. I think the Amen should be more of an a-men instead of ah-men just because the piece was written in memory of Jester Hairston
yea this is really nice. i'm good with the tempo, but I don't understand why you stretched 107 when the balance and tuning weren't quite there. very beautiful overall!
