  • this guy is a bad sales manager.i have been around many like this.idiot, liar and not even a good one at that.i would toss this goon out pronto.how can anyone side with this sweating, lying, moron.

  • Scott Levenson is so greasy he floats on water. He thinks he is "gods gift to women" and i can tell you, he isn't.

Scott Levenson should never appear on Fox or any other media outlet because he is one of the craziest people I have ever heard.

If Ted Bundy would have been with Acorn, he would have defended him and been proud of it.

  • This is where the total debate lies. Republicans hate Levenson because he's a jerk and since they do, they totally dismiss the facts of this case and the fact that Fox news is trying to get political gain from it. Fox will continue to run a smear campaign on a nickel and dime organization like Acorn when Haliburton's Enron's, and AIG's run wild.

  • SupremeAllah07

You have it right that Levenson is a jerk. I find it hard to believe that a Jewish person can be this slimy but he is.

As far as Acorn vs. Haliburton, Acorn receives money, taxpayers money, everytime a person closes on a home loan. It is not a nickel and dime organization. It also has no redeeming value. Haliburton vastly over charges and double bills but provides an important product for our defense.

Lenenson is the most repulsive person I have ever seen on TV.

  • Here lies the partisan debate. While you give credit to Haliburton for providing a product to our defense, I'm suspicious of Haliburton, do to Our Ex VP being a CEO there and the fact they got no bid contracts from that same VP. Add to that, we have a manufactured war where the administration was given a blank check, that causes real concern, not some rinky dink organization, that does do an effective job of getting out the vote.

  • SupremeAllah07

I agree that Haliburton is not my pick for company of the year, however, if you believe that Haliburton and Acorn are both doing inappropriate business practices, I believe one has a product of value if we were in a military need (just or unjust).

I believe Acorn serves no value except to encourage people to get loans that they could never afford and now these unfortunate souls are homeless and lost anything they had worked for. They also committed voter registration fraud.

  • Getting disenfranchised people to vote is not worthless in my opinion. The affect of that is that most disenfranchised people generally vote with the democratic candidate, because that is the only one that tries to solicite their vote. You credit haliburton for providing a service, but how can you credit someone for providing something they get compensated to do anyway?

  • SupremeAllah07

There is no such thing as disenfranchised people. Illegal aliens, the mentally ill and people that won't get off the coach except to go to the liquor store to by M.D. 2020 are not disenfranchised.

May be the hard working seniors who can't get to the polls but want to vote for a 3rd party candidate or a Republican, may be disenfranchised but Acorn would rather throw them under a moving bus than take them to the polls.

Please don't smell the poppies any more.

  • Spoken like someone out of touch with mainstream america. When there are minimal amounts of African Americans and Hispanics in the senate, that's disenfranchisment. When there's no Hispanics on the Supreme court, that's disenfranchisement. When the only substainable businesses in minority community are liquor stores and pawn shops, that's disenfranchisement. When the nation is diverse with a majority of women, a hispanic and asan population growing, and are leaders are mainly white males..

  • Cindy, I'm sorry, but I don't do drugs or smell poppies. If that is how you resort to someone who disagrees with you, then that is very sad.

  • SupremeAllah07

Listen BUCKO! Are you an American or someone who completely misunderstands that our society is based on the best of the best succeeding, whether they are Black, Brown, Red, Yellow or White.

I am a person who makes decisions based of reason and logic, not emotion, and as a result I must come to the conclusion that since your responses have become less and less logical, that something is effecting your ability to utilize rational thought. I list only 2 examples for lack of reason

  • More rhetoric from the right wing playbook. First the racial statement about poppie seeds as if I'm an Afghan on the Poppy field, now you question my americanism because I dont agree with you.

I have to disagree with you about the logic. Seems as if Logic is on my side. Most people believe Acorn is an insignificant organization that right wingers used to fearbait and create the usual polarization. It affected the 20% of americans that is in line with you that think Micky mouse voted

  • Guess what? Acorn got aquitted of any systematic criminal acts.

Guess which news agency ran two segments on Acorn?

Guess which news agency used the segment to call for more investigation of Acorn?

I think you know the answers. Facts support my assertions that Acorn was a symbolic target for the far right. Most people and the other news organizations already new that.

  • I see the debate two ways. Acorn is a poorly organized organization and Haliburton is a currupt one. Acorn may infact be ran well. They have had less than one percent of one percent of their employees behave corruptly. I can't even say that for my employees for My company. That's a strong contrast when you look at the likes of AIG, etc.

  • SupremeAllah07

When you are a non-profit that falsifies it's 501c3 status and the government gives them a pass, it's no reason to say they are anything but corrupt.

  • Fair , but it's not on the same level as a guy like Dick Cheney, who has had very few non government jobs and whose worth over 50 million dollars. How is he worth 50 million and mainly working in the public sector? Well you can do that when you give military bids to a company like Haliburton when you work in the defense department and then getting a deal on the stock when you're in the private sector. Just another case of Fox news playing class warefare. No AIG or Haliburton, but Acorn.

  • Also if you put in comparison the Tax depbate, Acorn recieved 1.7 million last year from the goverment for voter participation and housing loan accomodations. Alaska recieved more money than that for Seal research. This is an issue of Fox trying to make a boogieman of Acorn because of very indirect ties to Obama and the fact that it's a Community Organization, which is an organization that identifies with what Obama has done in the past. The shame of this common used Fox scam.

  • SupremeAllah07

Now we must be very direct and honest. This discussion has nothing to do with Fox News. Acorn makes more money directly and indirectly from the Government in 1 day than 1.7 million when you consider all their streams of revenue including closing costs on home loans. Their a corrupt organization with no public need.

  • FOX News is the only news channel that I watch. FOX is conservative, MSNBC and CNN, ABC, NBC, and CBS are liberal.

  • Scott Levenson is a slime ball crook. This dirtbag tells me all I need to know about the most dishonest organization in the U.S. "Acorn"

  • Bolshevik Communists!!!

  • Cavuto is such a fucking hack. He throws out something false and as soon as he gets called on it, he throws out something else. He keeps saying McCain has done so much to promote voter registration but when he can't give any examples, he goes back to Mickey Mouse. Any fifth grader knows that voter registration isn't the same as voting. When Levenson points out the obvious fact that nobody registered with a phony name can actually vote under that name, Cavuto just repeats the same babble. Idiot.

  • It's that white backlash crap. Heaven forbid if rich, white men should have to share some of their wealth and power. After all, they worked for it right? Just like Lil Bushy. Nevermind the fact that corporate welfare is 3* that of welfare for the hungry. We fondly refer to it as "subsidies".

  • Scott doesn't deserve time to speak. He's full of crap, dodges questions, diverts focus, changes topics and avoids answering any of the real questions. Furthermore, if any of you saw his other appearance, HE didn't let the other guest speaker speak AT ALL. Scott is just getting a taste of his own medicine. I back FOX this time.

  • tsk, tsk, tsk,

  • Levenson and ACORN are sleazy.

  • ACORN, what are you, chipmunks. This is repubs trying to replay 2000 & 2004, sorry, not this time.

  • This "cowardly lion" ACORN spokesperson only enhances the view that ACORN is sleezy.

  • Durr ... hi Im Neil Cavuto ... I think somebody is going to vote under the name Mickey Mouse but somehow my glaring lack of grey matter doesn't interfere with my ability to get a bad TV show.

Ridiculous. Even by the standard of commentators on terrible networks like MSNBC and Fox Cavuto is stupid beyond stupidity.

The ACORN issue is simple .. even thick heads like Bill O don't think actual voter fraud is going to happen, you don't need a law degree to know that Mickey Mouse wont vote.

    Sad

  • "someone with an I.D. as Mickey Mouse is going to vote"? get a clue.

  • Obama has been associated with Acorn for quite some time.

  • He's also about to acquaint himself with the Oval Office for about 4 to 8 years.

  • haha nice one. Everyone cherry picks which association they want to distort or misrepresent but don't want to talk about all the 4 star generals and long time republicans he associates with. Those are the ones that could smear him! OOps that would smear the repubs too. never mind

  • Cavuto most annoying anchor ever.

  • More Fox crap. My god, how the hell can these bastards sleep at night?

This is not an interview but an intentional attempt to help the republican party.

  • Um Obama did a much better job of explaining it than this guy. He's not helping at all...

  • I thought he was actually quite reasoned in explaining the problems that have happened. His clarity and rationale was visibly irritating Cavuto.

  • Not really. ACORN is a non-partisan organization and he comes on here bad mouthing Republicans. That just feeds fuel to the Fixed News talking points fire even more. They loved the fact that he was taking up for Democrats and slamming Republicans, it just gives them more ways to link ACORN to Obama and the Dems.

Just watch, this will be a talking point for those morons on Fox and Friends all the way up till that bigot Hannity. You heard it here first.
