@Reidja7 sorry it took me so long to reply, its definitely controlled by an lfo, to make the wobble effect, but as for what type of wave to use id have to guess around...lol hope that helps

@iiceman14 Oh it's no problem. :) I think you're right about the lfo, plus maybe a (lowpass?) filter that controls when it "peaks". After the "peak" there's some reverb in there. Plus some random other sounds (Dolphin at 0:16) it really adds up to a great ambient track. :D Or maybe the whole synth is just pitched down dolphin noises ;)
