i prefer this to the god damned eyefinity thing, because in this theres no outline screen bezel getting in the way. Also no damned complicated setup needed. Not sure if its worth it though - if it cost around the same as it would cost proportionally to get the same in equivalent of screen space, then i would totally buy it.
