@KitsuneMale It's partly his image, because he is the youngest. They are almost always regulated to the 'cute one' role. This is coming from a 'noona' with a long history of Pop/RnB groups. I can also see your point, because he probably doesn't completely know who he is yet. Which is why he is so easily influenced by those around him. Trying to find his place in the world, if you will. I don't think shy equals to innocent, because during my shy moments as a kid, I still was not THAT innocent.

@KitsuneMale They are modeled after him, but they are not as good as him. Honestly, most of these new bands are too cookie cutter for me. It's probably because they are so young. Shinee is extremely talented, but I don't know if I would have even noticed them if I was into KPop when they originally debuted. They were babies...& that don't turn me on. I think Seth was just trying to cash in on the fact that there are more black viewers in that 'holy trinity' age range that decides TV ratings for a show. Most show think as long as there is a black face on the show, black people will watch it. It's the reason I don't watch Glee. Mercedes is one of the most under used characters on the show...she nevers has any good storylines from what I have seen from clips and articles.

@KitsuneMale Yeah, but a lot of the minoritie's storelines revolve around their race. I think TV writers can do better than that in 2011. They will not get me interested or keep me when all her storylines revolve around church, being a diva and giving other character's singing 'cred'. Lea's character seems pretty annoying, so I have never really thought too much about her.

@KitsuneMale Like I said hon, you'll get there. Practice always pays off. I used to play a few instruments, so I spent a lot of time practicing to get better. I never pursued them as a career, but I did know how to play them.
Partying is not for everyone. I enjoyed it when I was into it, so I can't bag on it. I don't judge people that can't do it though. I still enjoy a drink every now and then, so it's all good.

@BCSN24 lol It's not his TV image, he doesn't play innocent, he just gets shy, Taemin has a weak personality and is easily affected by others around him, but he is not faking on screen against off screen, he is just awkward and shy, but that doesn't mean what goes inside his head is innocent....shy is not equal to innocent. Plus, Minho and Taemin do act the same on/off screen, which to many of the staff is rather shocking

@KitsuneMale It's partly his image, because he is the youngest. They are almost always regulated to the 'cute one' role. This is coming from a 'noona' with a long history of Pop/RnB groups. I can also see your point, because he probably doesn't completely know who he is yet. Which is why he is so easily influenced by those around him. Trying to find his place in the world, if you will. I don't think shy equals to innocent, because during my shy moments as a kid, I still was not THAT innocent.

@KitsuneMale They are modeled after him, but they are not as good as him. Honestly, most of these new bands are too cookie cutter for me. It's probably because they are so young. Shinee is extremely talented, but I don't know if I would have even noticed them if I was into KPop when they originally debuted. They were babies...& that don't turn me on. I just came into this whole thing this year, so I don't feel like some noona perv ;)

I think Seth was just trying to cash in on the fact that there are more black viewers in that 'holy trinity' age range that decides TV ratings for a show. Most show think as long as there is a black face on the show, black people will watch it. It's the reason I don't watch Glee. Mercedes is one of the most under used characters on the show...she nevers has any good storylines from what I have seen from clips and articles.

They will not get me interested or keep me when all her storylines revolve around church, being a diva and giving other character's singing 'cred'. Lea's character seems pretty annoying, so I have never really thought too much about her.

I have heard a few, not as good as the black & Asian one, but not bad either. I was never into Girls Aloud and I only liked one of Spice Girls song from way back. I liked Danity Kane, but I saw the break up coming long before it happened. Diddy is not the type of guy you get into business with for the long term.

@BCSN24 yeah, i think being multi-cultural can be good, but here, there r too many white people and they only hang out with whites, so for me, it can be pretty awkward, i can usually relate well to asians as a group, but non-group, i can be friends with anyone....but some people are too ignorant, i prefer multi-cultural people or asians

You think it's awesome then, because you can do it w/out worrying about getting caught. Now it's just old hat & not as important. I drink every now and then, but not like I used to when I was a partier. He is too level headed for that.

@KitsuneMale Like I said hon, you'll get there. Practice always pays off. I used to play a few instruments, so I spent a lot of time practicing to get better. I never pursued them as a career, but I did know how to play them.
Partying is not for everyone. I enjoyed it when I was into it, so I can't bag on it. I don't judge people that can't do it though. I still enjoy a drink every now and then, so it's all good.

@KitsuneMale I used to play drums, piano, baritone and trombone. I don't really know how much it I remember of any of them. There has been so many things that have happened in my life since I used to play all of them. I would probably have to take lessons to be considered 'good' again.

Yeah, I remember some things, but not enough to be considered as good as I used to be. Who knows, I may learn again one day. I never say never on anything :)

I would either use the service that can be done over the phone/internet or I would sign to them when they came into the center to talk about their bill. Just because they are deaf doesn't mean they don't like to 'watch' the TV ;)
Yeah, that's how I always look at things. You can always start over and make you situation better.

@BCSN24 LOL well, that hasnt happened to me, but i can assure u, since i moved, i tried to stay as far away as possible from all the people who only care bout u after u move, they think bcuz u r in europe, u suddenly r having fun and travelling as if u dont have a life...

@KitsuneMale Yeah, it's a pain. I had to go back to college to get an officially certified for a job I already know how to do, because the agency that handles this field is not requiring more than just know how and experience. I used to be in computers, so the medical field was a complete 180.

@KitsuneMale Yeah, Family Guy has definitely gone places that The Simpsons wouldn't dream of going. There are a lot of memorable episodes for me. Most of them involve Stewie...such a genious character :) They should have added Clevelands new family to his life in Rhode Island, because I'm not really a fan of his own show. His friends bring nothing to the table on that one.
