I used to be the king of this game I killed every single npc traveled to every place and looted everything into 1 container lol that is until my xbox broke and I gave it away without copying my save's I'm so disappointed now that I'm getting back into morrowind for pc :( I wish for time machine's in the future..

to get goldbrand you gotta go find boethias shrine. its north west of hla oad in the ocean. go to the daedric shrine to the north. called ashurnabbi or something like that and head west. look for a sunken shrine and talk to the statue on the ocean floor. its pretty easy from there

You get Goldbrand by doing a quest for boethiah, it means getting 2000 gold, getting the book, boethiahs glory (you can get one from jobasha's rare books), starting the quest from boethiah's shrine, then after giving the gold and the book to the scuplter in Caldera, waiting a Month (in the video game), then visiting the new shrine at Khartag's point, and the behold your new, beautiful Katana, Gold brand.

Go to seyda neen go east then follow the road thro the path to peligiad and you will pass by a ancestral tomb wich is the one for the quest

This Easter Egg was built in by Mark Nelson (aka BlueDev) who also attended Duke University. The amount of gold required (11,171)is a reference to the Duke Blue Devils, when Elton played the finals of his last year the score was 11-171.

The basket ball player "Elton Brand" that is. The phrase "Go to Hell, Carolina!" when you get Eltonbrand is a reference to The Dukes' arch-rival, University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
