  • OMG! This is my first time hearing about this! So tragic!

  • This was sad news indeed! I first saw "Dr. Death" Steve Williams wrestle in the Mid-south in the summer of 1985 when he injured both "Hacksaw" Butch Reed and Terry Taylor with his famous loaded elbow. That night,Taylor was scheduled to face Jake the Snake Roberts in a title match of some sort. I can't remember which one it was for. But since Taylor was injured, Roberts insisted Taylor come out and wrestle anyway. Brad Armstrong would volunteer to take his place, but Roberts insulted him instead.

  • I miss you,Doc.

  • That sucks dr death was bad ass I use to watch him on wcw I watched beat the shit outta mad dog buzz sawyer

  • I love you Doc. Thank you for giving me some of the greatest wrestling memories ever growing up as a child. You're my favorite wrestler ever & i'll always remember you Doc.

  • He was a great man I had the chance over the last two years to work in the ring with him and what a class act. I had the oppertunity to work his retirement match in Colorado Springs for ACW this last year, winning the ACW TITLE and retiring CHAMPION.........Great memories, great man, HUGE LOSS!
