  • Saw the 4449 pulling Hiawatha cars this morning on it's way to Milwaukee. The Aerotrains ended their careers in commuter service out of Chicago. I did see them a couple of times on the Rock Island.

    I think you are right on track with the Atlas Angel Train and it's siblings. They are sized nicely for smaller layouts. The DayLight and Aerotrain will run on about 031 curves, but look pretty bad doing it. Way too much overhang.

  • They are beauties Steve! I haven't been tempted to look beyond Marx until I saw these and the new Atlas "Angel" Train.
