He sounds like he knows what he is talking about. I hear " Be secure with who you are and where you are in your life" which is real talk. If more people were secure with who they are then there would be less problems. Most people who not at peace with themselves are very insecure. I am secure with who I am and I am happy with who I am even if that means some people will not like me. KNOWING yourself is the key to happiness.
