@Mikisaywhat I think (I'm not sure but) I think that that girl might have committed suicide when that guy died but she failed and got admitted to the mental hospital because of her hallucinations. She was in denial all the while and I think in the end she cried on the floor because she just finally realised that the guy isn't coming for her. This is what I think, I'm not really sure.
