For SMOOTH (Speed 16.32:1)

The performance is Good when you choose S100+ , S110+ or S120+

The performance is OK when you choose S90+ , S130+ or S140+

For SMOOTH (Torque 21.6:1)

The performance is Good when you choose S110+, S120+ or 130+

The performance is OK when you choose S100+ or S140+

I just got a set of modular smooth high speed, the sector gear rubs against the tappet plate, which is a modify blue one, and it prevents the gears from spinning or the tappet going back and forth. Same thing happened with a G&P tappet. Any fixes to this?

it's in a G&P 7mm mechbox by the way

We have tested the SMOOTH with Modify tappet plate in a G&P 7mm mechbox, it works good.

barb? I do not know what that is. I solved the problem by using a file to rub off about 1mm of the tappet winglet. Gearset works great though.

barbs, meaing hooked up slithers of metal, not plucs and some mold cut areas.

I was wondering if you install the gear set into the place evenly? As you know, some boxes come with barb. I suggested you make the mechbox smooth and install the SMOOTH evenly.

Sorry, but the Modify Ultra Piston is crap, and i had some Gearsets with broken theeth.

And Bore Up Kits have got an too small o-Ring

Ultra piston and Gearsets are consumables after normal use for a period time. The small o-Ring is an original design for a bore-up kits

You should grease your bore up piston head and cylinder completely. The air would expand the o-ring and make the bore-up kit airtight when it works.

Yes, that was what we did in the video. However, we donot suggest you do that. For the speed, it would be better with lower spring rate. We did this is because we wanted to test the durability of our SMOOTH speed.
