  • yes, I am putting away them sodas and use stevia extracts instead. A $25 bottle of stevia with 600 servings is better than $600 of sodas and empty calories plus diabetes.

  • OMG this is the song from 'Red Alert'!!!!! where did you find this song??????

the nostalgia of this song hit hard, reminding me of my middle school years.

-- i love P90X BTW, i did it last summer and plan to start it back up in about a week or so.... maybe ill put up a video of my results too.

  • Awesome! Way to go, and keep it up!

  • Holey Snap Dude!

  • great going. keep it up.

  • I don't get it....how do you know what your lean mass is or what percentage of your weight is fat versus lean muscle? Is it that little gadget you were holding?

  • nice tats man.

  • your wifes ass is a wonderland

  • keep it up! last summer i started walking 4 miles a day and 400 miles later i lost about 50 pounds

  • Very interesting so far.

  • Awesome keep up the good work!

  • Good job bro keep it up we are watching .

  • keep it up!

  • Cool, I really enjoyed my first week and looking forward to my 2nd week, starting later today. Lost my luch this day last week so hopefully I'll do a little better today. Great program and Im already feeling and seeing results.

  • how many times a week do you do p90x???

  • @elira67 6 days a week

  • @SafeArmsReview

nice work. ive done p90x for 3 weeks but no improvement..

  • @89hotshot Hmmm... so for 3 wks you have had NO improvement in regards to losing weight (body fat), increase in muscle mass, stamina, or in the number of repetitions your able to do, etc? I find that hard to believe.

If that is the case you need to look at your food intake, increase your weight &/or repetitions when exercising, etc. I hope that helps.

    :)

  • Keep it up, remeber stick to your diet and stay consistent!!!

  • Great Job Steve - You are going to be down to fighting weight in no time!

  • after p90x ima try INSANITY lets hope it works, also the japanese bananna diet

  • I drink Zevia sodas. They're sweetened with Stevia, so they're 0 calorie.

  • NIce, seems like it does help!

  • Keep up the good work. Just bought my pullup bar and vids are on the way. I should have my own vids up very soon.

  • Please wear the Speedos now you're getting slimmer.

  • There's a change?

I think you can feel the difference more then see the difference.

  • just started my diet on thursday and i feel pretty good. cut all the suger and carbs out and now im debating on getting the P90X. think i will.

  • Good for you :) Keep it up!

  • You're really not that out of shape. I always thought you looked very fit. I'm definitely a lot worse than you are. I'm gonna start P90X soon and "bring it."

  • ask for your money back u fool!!!

  • Nice, keep it goin!

  • I swear, I think P90x has made you taller!!!! :o)

Good job brother man. Keep up the great work!

  • good job now you are primed so I expect to see alot more results this next week or two, Did you change your intake or just gonna stop drinkin soda?

  • Nice work buddy! Keep it up.

  • keep it up. I'm going to start p90x in a few weeks.

  • @ZombieReady556 Cool. So far its working even tho I have to substitute some of the exercises do to a back injury I got in the service.

    Thanks for the encouragement.

    :)

  • He used the MARCH SONG for Red Alert!!!!!!!!!

  • @WeThePeopleOnline Oh yea! Red Alert March!

If I can keep up with the program, I intend to the final day 1 - 90 transformation with this song. It should rock.

    :)

  • @SafeArmsReview I did the p90X and wanted to do a vid, but my camera broke, so I am just waiting to get a nice HD widescreen cam, however it REALLY helped. over the past year I have lost 70 pounds and P90X was a major part of it, the thing your going to have to remember is to friggen stick with it, and maintain the diet. Another big thing I did was increase my water intake to 1 ounce of water for ever 2 pounds of body wieght, which was a lot of water at 305 pounds.

  • @WeThePeopleOnline the kidney and liver have got to be hydrated so they can process stuff properly and not work at half speed assisting eachother. You'll be very happy with the results!

  • if your not being paid by them you should really not promote this. Just do it for yourself and say your on a program.

  • @ChadLand011 Well if it works or doesn't work, you all will know, so why hide it?

If it works then ppl can make a decision on if they want to do it or not. If it doesnt work then ppl can also use my experiences to make an informed decision.

Either way, it works for me and it seems lots of ppl like me trying out stuff to see if it works.

    :)

  • nice! Mine begins Wednesday :)
