I know your comment is old, but GSP tails are bobbed because their natural, whip-like tails easily break and bleed and cause the dog a lot of misery. Anyone that has owned a GSP knows how much that tail is always ALWAYS moving and wagging. The tail is bobbed for the dog's sake, not for appearance.
And she gets tired of this game...in about ten years! LOL nice video - my wife fears for anything breakable when I'm throwing the football for my GSP in the living room (like he's ever going to miss - yeah, right. GSP's are WAY too good to miss!
When out hunting or exercising, I yell, "Chloe, Jeep! and she runs and from the ground, jumps right through the window of my jeep Wranger. GSP's are the Olympic Athletes of Dogs!
lol. my dog saw a rabbit when we were hunting. she was in the back seat of a ford f3500 pickup and she jumped out the window when we were moving. bad dog! lol

My GSWP has a spot on his butt that looks just like that. Wasn't that big when he was a puppy.
