@alydamarte when jesus died on the cross the new covenant was fulfilled (jeremiah 31:33) jesus is the word of god and when he died on the cross his flesh died but as you already know Christians confirm that he resurrected on the Sabbath and people worshiped him (matthew 28:17). so jesus is not separate hes only the word (the word of god that created everything) as you know the word of god never dies but flesh does :) so who died on the cross the flesh not the word.

Why dont you first actually pray and ask god to show you if he really exists in a tangible way your life, at least that way in your heart YOU will have a definate answer, rather than assuming first and applying second.
