  • It is true that Zuzana is beautiful. But i think she only pity us who always speak that kind of things about her:) However i can't help myself and think other way. She is simply a dream women. Maybe she has some magical power which consume us, males:)

  • Beginner FFS, do not do this as a novice trainig. You will only become disillusioned and disappointed when you realize you can only do this for 5 minutes instead of 15. Start at alower level and go out and combine jogging with walking and do it for as long as you can.

I am a martial artist and at my prime conditioning when I was competing a lot, I'd take classes and work out no more than 90 minutes a day and I had a stomach like hers (though I am a guy and I cannot speak for how difficult it is or is not for women to get a stomach as defined as hers)

    These excercises are actually mild since she is

    1. ripped

    2. using no weights, just body weight.

    So its pretty normal for anyone being out of shape and doing these for the first time to start gasing out or struggle...

    I bet you she can do these excercises without any effort, she has to make it look hard for marketting purposes ;)

  • true, not even the fittest man can do pullups that intensely, the arm muscles are really minor muscles and arent designed to pull that much weight for an extended amount of time.

    Legmuscles are better at this and much much stronger.

  • I think at first she was doing actual pullups, but after awhile it gets REALLY tough right? so yeah it became half arms half leg?

  • it's cardio. not cheating :)

  • The chair is a common way to help increase strength if you can't do a full pullup. It's not cheating, just a way to get reps and avoid injury. One change I'd make is to alternate legs between sets, but it's not really necessary.

I've also been doing ur absolute beginners workout routine and loving it... i'll let you know the results in a while.   • A great workout, Zuzana. It's pretty impressive that a person can work most of the muscle groups - legs, arms, shoulders, back, abs, and hips - plus get a cardio workout, with just two exercises and minimal equipment. Nice work!

  • This woman kicks my ass every fucking day! This is a really good foundation for any number of various on these workouts. Some of her routines, I've found ways to incorporate weights into them. The results have been great and brutal.

  • I gather her focus is showing people how to train with minimal equipment. Personally I say master your body first and foremost for most people. Humans were healthy and strong long before there were squat racks and for some people the gym is a pain in the ass.
