A great workout, Zuzana. It's pretty impressive that a person can work most of the muscle groups - legs, arms, shoulders, back, abs, and hips - plus get a cardio workout, with just two exercises and minimal equipment. Nice work!
This woman kicks my ass every fucking day! This is a really good foundation for any number of various on these workouts. Some of her routines, I've found ways to incorporate weights into them. The results have been great and brutal.
I gather her focus is showing people how to train with minimal equipment. Personally I say master your body first and foremost for most people. Humans were healthy and strong long before there were squat racks and for some people the gym is a pain in the ass.

These excercises are actually mild since she is
1. ripped
2. using no weights, just body weight.
So its pretty normal for anyone being out of shape and doing these for the first time to start gasing out or struggle...
I bet you she can do these excercises without any effort, she has to make it look hard for marketting purposes ;)
