  • NICE TUTORIAL THANK YOU

  • @ron2thepowerof1 Welcome. :)

  • Thanks a lot man! I had no idea that that was how you did it. Step by step and a few tips along the way.

Thanks again <3 and liked :D

  • @Ac3r14 Thank you. Glad I could help. :D

  • Nice vid, really helpfull XD ill try to use it in my next vid :D

  • good video this helped a lot. Can you please tell me though how much this costs and how easy is it to make music videos with multiple guitar parts with different clips playing at the same time?

  • @fruscianteisking21 Thanks. The newest version, Sony Vegas Pro 11, is currently $600. But, of course, I didn't pay $600. At first Vegas is a difficult program to use, but after a few weeks you'll get the hang of it. For what you want to do, my tutorial should help a lot. The only thing you'll need to do is match the parts up with each other, which is quite simple.

  • Highly appreciated!

  • @Lostworld711 Glad I could help. :)

  • thank you very much!

  • @chrispr29 Welcome! :)

  • great, ive been wanting to learn that =) THANX!!!!

  • @xTheWonderman No problem.

  • um does this method work in vegas pro 11?

  • @CheezyActionFilmz Pretty sure. 9, 10, and 11 are all very similar.

  • Fantastic! You're one of them who explains very clean and helpfull!

Creds to you man, keep it up!

  • @TorEinarG Why thank you. I really appreciate that. :)

  • This was a fantastic tutorial. Thank you

  • @BaceBros I appreciate it. Glad I could help.

  • @Fi0030 When I apologized for the audio quality? I didn't have it set right in the CamStudio settings, so it made my voice-over kinda choppy.

  • Is this possible with Vegas Movie Studio?

  • @kpopmerchant I don't know if I've responded to this or not, but I really don't know.

  • Thanks a ton. Very helpful

  • Damn I feel retarded. I was expecting some super complicated process on making multiple clips play at the same time but you made it so easy. Been trying to figure that thing out forever. Thanks bro for making this tutorial.!

  • @mkwarrior02 Haha trust me man, I felt the same way. Glad I could help! :D

  • thank you i been wondering how to do to do that

  • @DemetriusColeman230 No problem.

  • @CaseyTheDrummerBoy what botton you multiple clips

  • Same Here

  • thanks !

  • @ballers65 No problem. :)

  • im really a beginner at this ..can you tell me how can you cut your video :/ ?

  • @Cindyy017 We all were at one time. Trust me, I was so lost when I first used it. lol You'll get better as you use it more. But to split, just hit the S key. :)

  • @CaseyTheDrummerBoy Thank you! Your really helpfull! =)

  • @Cindyy017 Press S

  • @MrCSparKz Already answered it, but thanks. lol

  • Comment removed

  • @MrCSparKz I know now, but thanks anyway =)

  • how do you do the 1:31-1:33, the sort of dragging part?

  • @heapsofwilder Where the clips get longer? I'm just zooming in. Using the scroll wheel on the mouse, you can zoom in and out.

  • Is there any way in Vegas to do this and like zoom into 1 vid and focus on that 1, like in the start you will have multiple clips but zoom into one, and later come back and zoom into another one ?

  • @eifelitorn Ah man I have no clue. I'd try to figure it out, but I honestly don't have time right now. Sorry. :/

  • thank god someone put this up(:

  • Very helpful. Well-done.

  • thank u very much...this really helps a lot...nw i can get my video done :))

  • @dmelvinrules Glad I could help. :)

  • that the best split screen tutorial i've seen, i had problems with other ways of doing that. thank you

  • @Jarzyniak Glad I could help.

  • awesome thanks

  • Thanks bro :)

  • my clips stopped playing like 2secs after when its ment to still go on

  • @TheAutoApple I've never had that happen. Try saving it and reopening it.

  • @CaseyTheDrummerBoy lol yeh that worked xD thanks

  • @TheAutoApple Oh haha

  • nice man.....

  • I accidently added a track called "master"(or something like that...) but I can't remove it... Can you help me? And I also moved my timeline to above the video but can't change it back :B(PS.: sorry for any spelling mistakes)

  • @SrPiromaniaco For the master track issue, I've read that hitting the B key will make it go away. I'd try that. And for the timeline, you should just be able to drag in back down. I've personally never had either of the two problems, but I'm sure by trying different things or by searching for a fix on Google, you should be able to find an answer.

  • @CaseyTheDrummerBoy About the master track I'll try it. For the timeline, there isn't a place to grab it(there's usually some dots on the left side, where you can click),and I didn't find many things on Google that would help. Anyway, thanks for the help

  • @SrPiromaniaco Oh, well sorry I was unable to help. Hope you find out how to fix it.

  • @CaseyTheDrummerBoy Actually, pressing B worked :). And I found ot how to move the timeline(Options-Preferences-Display-check "Display timeline at bottom of main window)

  • @SrPiromaniaco Well that's good. I saw something like that about moving the timeline, but I didn't think it was the same as your problem. Anyway, glad to hear you got everything worked out. :)

  • DUDE I GET THE FAST FOWARDED AUDIO RECORDING WITH CAMSTUDIO ASWELL ITS SSSOOO MESSED UP :(

  • @SubbingACC123 I don't know what that is, sorry..

  • Everything genious is simple. Thx for this guide

  • @Hwoarang134 Not a problem.

  • Fixed.

  • @xheroxabove Oh okay. lol

  • When I do this they just blink black really fast

  • @xheroxabove Are you doing everything like I am?

  • Comment removed

  • Thanks helped allot plus your hot :)

  • @guitarpro72 Glad I could help. :) And thanks. lol

  • @CaseyTheDrummerBoy Whoops did i say that XD....

  • @guitarpro72 haha It's all good. :P

  • @CaseyTheDrummerBoy Your Videos are madd the quaity is awesome im shit my quality is gay i suck my vids suck i get no views :( i got sony vegas pro 10 but got no idea how to use it : ( wish i was cool like you

  • @guitarpro72 lol It takes time to learn Vegas. I've been using it over a year and I'm still learning things. And I'm not cool. haha

  • @CaseyTheDrummerBoy Ive been using it for 1 day and look my vids....... please look at my vids :) sub to me :)(

  • @guitarpro72 You'll get better. And alright.

  • @CaseyTheDrummerBoy Nah i suck

  • @xBattlewoundx Yeah. Just make a new video track and open up a picture and drag it into that track. But since you want the picture in the background, make sure that track is underneath all your other video clips or it will show up in front of the other ones. (Example: If you have 4 video clips, one in each corner going at the same time, and you want a picture in the background instead of black, the video track with the picture will be below those 4 tracks.)

    Hope that helped. :)

  • thanks

  • Thanks mate !!!!!!!!!!! u help A LOT !!!!!

  • @daviddelecturer Glad I could help. :)

  • fuck these one is what i needed.

  • Nice on

That has been a big help to me

    Thanks mate =)

  • @chunkysworld Glad I could help. :)

  • OMFG BRO I LOVE YOU! no homo but seriously ive been looking for weeks didnt kbnow what the effect or what ever you wanna call it was called thanks a million bro!

  • @MagicClawz Hahaha not a problem. :D

  • Thanks a lot! Do you have any idea how to do a split screen timing? I mean like when it reaches time X:XX it'll automatically do a smooth split screen

  • @groudon2372 No problem. And when that time hits, you should be able to just put a normal clip right before and after the two clips on top of each other. If you want to have just one clip the whole time, but at a certain point have it split, just split the clip, add another clip under it on a different video track, then split the main clip where you want to go to fullscreen again. Hopefully that made sense.. lol

  • Thanks for posting this, I was so confused.

  • @acelegend12378 Haha no problem. :)

  • Cool, but some time ago I saw a tutorial how to track motion the whole thing without prerendering it. I can't remember what he did, but maybe you know? The thing is the same - put the clips into a different tracks and put them together like this and then use track motion for ALL the tracks... Hope you understood me

  • @kaunas163 I think I do, but I have no clue how to do that, sorry. I haven't messed with Vegas in a long time, so I'm not sure.

  • @CaseyTheDrummerBoy thats ok, that seems I need to render out that tracks and reopen in vegas... but thanks for replying ;/

  • OH MY GOD THANK YOU SO MUCH

  • @janicaparanoid Haha no problem. :)

  • thanks man :)

  • @OnThePavementFilming No problem. :)

  • how do you make it come in at a certain time and go from multiple to one at a certain time and back and forth? thanks

  • @vicdoggie I honestly have no clue. I'd have to go and mess with it again, but my Vegas Pro is on my other hard drive. If you just mess around with it, you'll probably figure it out.

  • I use cookie cutter make multiple screen well this one makes it more easy thanks... ^_^

  • @ebpogz123 No problem.

  • I see your menu toolbar. Zune MP3s for the win!

  • @SpecVibe Haha for sure. I'm not really a fan of iTunes. :P

  • Once you went into the event pan and crop I figured it out. :fp

I keep forgetting about using that option.

    Thanks CaseyTheDrummerBoy.

  • @TheSwamo Haha Not a problem. :)

  • Thanks CaseyThe DrummerBoy! You are the man. I really like that this video is focused on one solution: multiple clips on one screen. I am going to use this right away. Thanks again.

  • @Mediatizevideo Haha thanks. And no problem. :)

  • thankyou dude :)

  • @irishguy281987 No problem. :)

  • Thank sooo much :D

  • @1wherewildthingsare Not a problem. :)

  • Exactly what I was looking for. Thanks.

  • @DexM47 Welcome. :)

  • Sweet thank you so much =)

  • @jakeinthebox5 Not a problem. :)

  • did u say can be done with sound

  • @xMattJay Yeah, for sure.

  • @CaseyTheDrummerBoy cool :)

  • what do you do when you have multiple videos on the screen but they begin to skip while they're all on screen together?

  • @MalloriySymone97 If it does this while you're still editing it, before rendering, that is because it's too much for your computer to handle. You'll then need to lower the preview quality. To do that, look right above the preview screen and if you hover over something that says either Draft, Preview, Good, or Best, it will say Preview Quality. You want to mess with that until it stops skipping. The image might look bad, but this is just a preview. When you render it, it will look better.

  • THANK YOU

  • @FreestyleSkierMikey Haha no problem. :)

  • Awesome! Thank you! I'm grateful the video was just simple, unlike the other tutorials. :)

  • @yaoilover1200 No problem. I'm glad I could help. :D

  • Great, seems easy now - once someone shows you! Thanks.

  • @Aquavidify Hahaha you're welcome. :D

  • U don't know how long i've been lookin for a program that does this......lol. I really wanna kick my own ass for not searchin for this sooner lol

  • @PickMyEpicRapBattle Hahaha I know how you feel. After I figured this out, I felt like an idiot. lol But it's how you learn, you know. Hope this helped though. Good luck. :)

  • thanks alot... you help me

  • @innuendoguy Glad I could help. :)

  • can you help me? where can i download full version of Sony Vegas?thanks!

  • @akoakoini I'll send you a message. :)

  • THANK YOU!!!

  • @Erik0219 Haha no problem. :)

  • Thank you very much. Hopefully this works with version 10.

  • @MewIchigo1234 No problem. And yes, it does. I have 10 and it's almost exactly the same as 9.

  • @1Alino Glad I could help. :)

  • Epic

    look my vids !

  • @MrStaticbeatbox No problem. :D

  • can u do this in 8 too?

  • @codywrite I'm not sure. I've never used 8, but it should have the same features. If so, then yes.

  • how do you add a border inbetween each video

  • @braydentaylorcullen I have no clue, sorry.

  • star wars playing behind you?

  • @XOLLS1939 Haha I don't remember.

  • thanks !

  • what is this effect called?

  • Thanks for the help. Sony Vegas is so complex and hard to find the features that i want to use.

  • @Avelily Not a problem. I completely agree. lol

  • is this sony vegas is free to download?

  • @lupinPL Go to Google, type in "Sony Vegas Pro", and click the first link you see. Then ask that question again. :P

  • @CaseyTheDrummerBoy In other words "No"

  • @LoserBo1 What are you talking about? If by effect you meant the whole procedure I went through in the tutorial, then I have no clue. Why did you say "In other words "No" ?

  • @CaseyTheDrummerBoy Well I did some research and apparantly its called split screen or dual screen. idk doesnt matter but i said that because this software costs over $500. lupinPL should already know that a software this awesome from Sony will never be free unless it is a trial.

  • @LoserBo1 Okay.

  • Hey, thanks for the vid, very instructive but I was wondering, do you know how I could add transitions? Like the order of appearance of the 3 videos?

  • @meaky751 Can you explain a little more? I don't quite understand the question. Sorry. =/

  • thanks m8

  • @ChrisON3ill No problem.

  • @CaseyTheDrummerBoy hey when i click pan crop it just gose where the preview box is how do i get it to open like a window like yours pleaseeeeeeee help :( </3

  • @UGamingProductions On the side of the box, you should see an X, an arrow-type button facing the left, and 6 little dots. Click that and drag it out towards the center of the screen. Hope that helped.

  • Perfect just what I was looking for.
