It means that due to hereditary factors in her genes, she has a better chance of building muscle quicker and larger than some of weaker genetics. Because of her good genetic makeup she gets more gains than some which show off in characteristics as bigger biceps. Obviously the hard work she puts in is more of a factor.

There's only one way to use a hack machine - so just use it (?) Eat lots and get plenty of rest between workouts. And mix in some proper free-weight squats with a barbell.
