I am thinking of getting UT3 Black for the first time (Havent played ut3 yet) and was gonna get it on Steam. Would I still be able to download and use custom maps and models for the Steam edition? If you could tell me, itd begreat. Thanks =)

If only all kinds of enemies from old Unreal/Unreal Gold were in this game. Slith, Titans(the big rocky ones), the Warlord and Queen, Pupaes, Nali, Mercenary, Brutes, Skaarj(Both the gunners and more melee-oriented kind), and so on. :-l

damn ut3 looks so awesome.. but it just.. doesnt have too many custom maps/mutators.. im not flaming but i dont know y all modders focus more on ut 2004.. there are like 1000+ custom maps

and over 500 custom mutators.. but in ut3.. i only seen like 300 custom maps and about 100 muts.. oh wellz maybe ut3 is harder to mod.. but w/e its still fun :)

That and the fact that the UT series has completely lost its fanbase, lol. Nobody plays UT3 at all. I can go on UT 2004 and so many people still play that compared to UT3..it's sad really.

Oh, maybe you have to take it from the PC and put it into your PS3 like I hear some people do with maps and mods.

I don't know. I don't have a Ps3. I would assume there is a download content place.

First go to playstation store and from there choose games and from there choose PS3 a-z. Then from there choose s-v and from there Unreal Tournament 3. And then download Titan Pack. :)

I heard the release of the Titan Pack + the free weekend for UT3 on Steam really bolstered the number of players for the game. I hope that means there'll be more folks making custom models for UT3, since all I can think of in the furry department for UT3 custom models right now is a Catgirl and some (Very well made) rabbit and mouse anthros.

Well, I hope they can be used. You customate your own character with already preset bases. So I don't know how you can add more models. I wouldn't mind a cat girl though.

They work just fine, all you have to do is unzip them to the right folder and they appear as their own faction in the customization menu.

I wish. Once they grow to 2nd stage a timer counts down. They become unstable and explode after 30 seconds.

But again, I'm sure the mod community can fix that :3
