How to fix the gsc.wildcat error in Cydia for FullForce (iPad)

i followed all the way into "springboard.app" directory but there is no k48ap.plist

what should i do?

@w4s17 If you're on an iPad, then K48AP.plist is definitely inside of the SpringBoard.app folder.

@stefbcrich If you're on an iPad 1, then it has to be there. If you're on an iPad 2, then it'll be something like K9[number]AP.plist. You shouldn't be having this error if on an iPad 2 anyway.

I do not see the same screen as in your video. when I open the .plist, I see capabilities and iconState "dictionaries"..... What do you do from there?

works perfectly for iPad users go into the link in description and look at the pic. and follow the directions. Then your gsc.wildcat problem will be entirely fixed

In IPAD 4.2.1 Wildcat key is not there, but you can add it and everything will work perfectly.

Just add the key that he shows in the video, add it exactly make sure it lines up with the other ones

After having done this, Cydia made me remove Infinifolders, and to reinstall Infinifolders, it said it will remove FullForce, gsc.wildcat, and gsc.ipad..... :/ Whats the problem and solution?

gsc.wildcat is a dependency that was used for jailbreak developers (me!) to direct their packages to only iPad users. iOS 4.2.x unifies all of the iOS devices, there is no longer gsc.wildcat. There will be lots of packages that will no longer work because of this. I don't understand why this isn't working for me. I'm on 4.2.1 with a tethered jailbreak. My iPad doesn't startup after following this tutorial.

Install cydia, then run redsn0w again and select tethered boot. You will have to do this for every time you turn your iPad on.
