@OZRIC1985 Here in Arizona, the Notice of Trustee Sale is recorded with the county 90 days prior to the sale. Whether or you not the homeowner receives a copy is not tied to a time requirement. Typically, the trustee mails a copy of the notice to the address on the tax record, and a notice is posted at the property at some point in time.
I got my Notice of Trustee's Sale only 30 days before the scheduled sale date. Does the law require 90 days advance notice?
