  • Hi,

What are the ohms of each coil in the neck Unbucker here? I am ordering some Unbuckers and want that attack!

  • @ni77y

I have Lindy make them for me so they read appx. 4,900 turns

on the single coil side (the side closest to the neck with the screw pole adjustments)

and the other side is appx. 3,100 turns. Hope that helps.

  • @fvcustomguitars Thanks! One more question, are those 500k pots?

  • @ni77y

glad to help yes all 500 k pots

  • That is one cool electric guitar. Nice tones Frank, nice playing too.

  • NICE tone!

  • Nice job Frank, nice description of pickup selection, the all black looks cool, Lance did great job too, nice slide and feel, Fralin umbuckers sound great.

  • Whoa, that's a lot of versatility out of a tele! So why don't you use a split coil unbucker option in the bridge too? Thanks for the demo and especially for going straight into an early princeton reverb--nice chops.

  • @toneclassics

thanks for your comment. I actually did one for a customer

with a split coil in the bridge as well (but it does require an extra

control, thought I'd keep this one a little simpler)
