  • Australia's Jack Wilshere

  • i hope to see him in liverpool shirt .... we missed u harry

  • what's the track?

  • if he is the next harry Kewell then ill be happy when he is winning the champions league with Liverpool like harry did

  • He is better than Kewell !! He will be a great player !!

  • tommy isnt the next harry kewel, he isnt that shit

  • @mvfc10 you got it wrong man I didn't say that Robbie is better then Harry because no one is better then him (he is my fav.player)but if you want to search next harry kewell Tommy Oar is definitely not the player for it Kruse is!

  • my brother is best friends with tommy oar. they played soccer together everywhere, and now tommy is all over the world.

  • Follow tommy on Twitter!

    twitter(dot)com/#!/TommyOar10

  • number 121

  • 0:01 muted

  • Hopen maar dat hij Mertens kan doen vergeten.

  • he looks fucking good, lets hope he's the attacking mid/winger we need

  • He will never be like Harry Kewell because there is only one Harry Kewell ,but if you insist on looking someone to be next Harry Kewell then it would be Robbie Kruse

  • Scout GS ekibi incelemeli

  • Damn he is good!! And i agree that he has the same style with Harry Kewell !! Pretty amazing!! But not sure if he can keep it up to it. He has tons to learn!

  • The next Harry Kewell?

Please. disregard the unfortunate injury problems, we won't ever produce a footballer as talented as Harry Kewell. To say he could be the next harry kewell is almost an insult to Kewell's talent.

Why don't you call him the first Tommy Oar?

  • @DrSamular7 totally agree with you man there is only one Harry Kewell

  • noobs r the one who call football the s -word

  • wow man, his speed, i wonder what happens if he gets mercurials or f50 adizeros :O

  • @ignikanova yeah cos boots are what make a player fast mate -__-

  • @DrSamular7 im not saying that, he's already a fast guy, but i figured wearing specially designed light boots with purpose built traction can notch that speed up a bit further?

  • @ignikanova yeah fair call mate, just thought you might've been one of those people who think boots are the most important thing haha, my mistake ... there are those kinds of people out there though! :P

  • @DrSamular7 haha i know there are no worries

  • Interesting that all these clips end before we see the final ball... Most of them dont end in goals or even shots and his free kick only goes in off the wall.

He's good to be sure but i would take Leckie or Nathan Burns over Oar any day of the week.

  • @Majorshep

oars got a lot to learn, but hes on the right track, his performances at the u19 championship proved where he was in comparison to leckie. oar is starting to cut in more and has become a lot better with his weak foot while leckie is unable to use his left foot and does not have the ability/confidence yet to beat players when he is being double marked. leckie is not great technically but like oar he is improving.

burns is a lot better than both though for sure, but hes older

  • @Majorshep

Oar outclassed Leckie at the u19s a few months ago

  • Kewell hasnt been half the player he was when we was at Leeds. I know his doing better at Galatasaray but lets face it...... its an easyier league to play in.

  • He really has the same style of playing.. Welcome to Galatasaray, when our Daddy Kewell quits with football..

  • That songs :@

  • why was Oar wearing 121?!?!?!

  • @MarekUtd they ran out of numbers i guess lol. vidosic was wearing 105 or something like that... pretty absurd.

anyway, no offense to tommy oar, he will likely become a great player. HOWEVER. when kewell was his age, he was playing in the epl and helping leeds to the champions league semifinal. oar hasn't quite done that. but he will be good.

  • how did arshavin only come to fame when he has been starring at champions league and uefa cup level for years. everyone knew about him ages ago lol if someone only discovered him a couple years ago maybe they dont watch enough football or probably only started watching football recently tbh

  • @freshcelery It may be 3 months later, but no, even the best in management didn't see the talent of Arshavin until Euro 2008. So no, don't act as if you knew of his great talent before anyone else did.

  • @mebeingkool

interesting like those other posters, i also already knowing about arshavin long time ago

maybe you dont have a TV? he was a beast in the uefa cup and champions league for a long time much before euro. he was almost sign to internazionale in 2006

  • Lol i swear these afl numpties talking about soccer is so damn cringeworthy. Its like a child trying to teach an adult on how to drive a vehicle

  • @KiiiLO

too true, cant believe that noob is still commenting on my video. simple minded bogans tsk tsk

  • come to fenerbahce

  • dude I hate this music, and every single video has it

  • he have number 121 ?

  • Oar has improved so much at UTrecht. You could see it at the Asian Championships. Some of his runs were Messi like he made it look way to easy.

Having said that, Kantarovski was our best by far

Leckie is so overrated. Hes a headless chicken

  • Too early to call him the next Kewell. Still, was a nice video Beau!

  • he is good but mathew leckie is better i think.... he doesnt look paniced and rushed like tommy oar does a lot of the time... and when he takes on players he looks more natural.

    just my opinion

  • @darcinator23

no way, mathew leckie has very poor technical ability, he doesnt have the confidence to dribble at defenders like oar does

leckie looks good in the a-league because the defenders are lazy and give him so much space. but at international tournaments like the afc u19 championships, leckie was awful. hes got no skill sets, cant really pass and just relies on his pace all the time

whereas oar can cross, dribble, and is also quick. oar is a much better player right now

  • @freshcelery OMG U IDIOT.... u just made that up

look up mathew leckie in news and it sais how he was the best player for the young socceroos and the catylist for most of their goals... did u even watch the games, he dominated.

i know u have never seen leckie even play the way your talkin about him... u say that he has no confidence, but that is the main part of his game, he is almost cocky the way he goes past defenders and backs himself

    much better than tommy oar

  • @darcinator23

lol you want to tell me about watching games

ive been uploading highlights of young socceroos matches for a very long time just check out my page before you talk crap

i watched every single minute of every match at the championship and all our qualifiers

you probably just red a fanboyish article on leckie without actually watching him play. he had a poor tournament, anyone that saw the matches will tell you that. hes not as good as you think he is. his technique is awful

  • @freshcelery oh fuck off leckie is awsome just wait in 10 years when he is captain of the socceroos and oar is back in the A-league

and why if he has shit skill does all the football experts and coaches rave about him... i watch him live and he is incredible... its better than watching it through a computer screen

leckie has only been taking soccer seriously for 4 years.... thats how naturally talented he is

  • @darcinator23

lmao darcinator your getting owned by everyone here.

im not even much of an oar fan but hes still way better than leckie atm

only playing for 4 years is exactly why he has poor ball control. the best ages to learn basic ball retention techniques is when youre 9-14 since leckie missed out on that he was behind everyone when it came to technique

you obviously dont know because your a silly bandwagon kid that should go back to watching afl as you obviously dont understand football.

  • @KiiiLO hahaha its funny how u think u know everything about the development of players, 9-14 hay? haha ok master coach your 20 years old and completely understand soccer... get real looser

  • @darcinator23

Umm actually hes exactly right. Cohesive co-ordination skills with your feet are developed in soccer at those ages and by the way Im not a hater of any player but Leckie is no where near a finished product he has so many wholes in his game

hes a one trick pony, only has pace. Knocking the ball infront of defenders and chasing it is his only maneuver and it works in the ALeague but at a higher level it epic fails like at the asian championships unlike many of our other players

  • @krasic1011 its not just the a-league leckie dominates... he tore up in the asian champions league.... just his potential to be great is the main thing... imagine when he develops his technical ability to match his power and pace he will be great

  • @darcinator23

technical ability takes years to develop at younger ages, once you reach a certain age of about 19 or 20 you cant develop it anymore as your body accustomizes to what youve already learnt and the only way you can become a better player in general from that point is tactically and physically

  • very rarely does a player improve dramatically technically after 20 years of age. you can improve you consistency but you cant make wholesale changes.

its not leckies fault that hes like that. its aussie coaching that is to blame. the coaches are too dumb and dont teach kids proper soccer techniques and skills so instead only focus on winning at all costs = running and tackling

  • @krasic1011 fuck u dribble shit dude Mr. I know everything about soccer development and im only 20 years old.... there are soo many late bloomer examples in soccer like arshavin, luca toni, forlan and drogba... i believe leckie is like that and is going to improve even more over time..

why are all the soccer REAL experts like craig foster and robbie slater rave about him and say that he should be in the national team and Holger oseik said he was verry impressed with leckie? answer that expert

  • @darcinator23

arshavin a late bloomer? hahaha get your epl fan boy ass out of here boy arshavin has been a famous player for years it was only a matter of time before someone would give him a chance. comparing arshavin has been a skillful player since his youth to leckie is just embarrassing

just look at your background pic, fuck off back to watching afl you nob, you clearly know nothing about soccer

  • @freshcelery haha u are a dumbass arshavin was a late bloomer even at zenit u idiot, shows how much u know....

and how about LECKIE getting a 3 year first team contract in the german bundes liga much better than the eredivisie... LECKIE will go places no dout... and being the champion that he is he's staying until the end of the season with the red's then moving instead of going in the next transfer window.

  • @darcinator23

forlan? drogba? toni? lmao all of them have something that leckie doesnt - technique. being scouted at a later age is not the same with leckie situation at all. all of those guys you mentioned always had a high degree of talent that went unoticed where as leckie is a kick and rush player with very little talent

its funny your only way to combat this debate is by falling back on foster and slater.

  • @darcinator23

learn some shit on your own kid slater and foster were the same people who said wayne shroj and kaz patafa were going to be world class. just 2 of many failed predictions by those 2 "sockah" idiots

maybe it would help if you actually talked with actual soccer fans. even adelaide fans on fourfourtwo and TWG know leckie is not a technical player. your obviously a bandwagon afl supporter who doesnt even watch the sport regularly enough to know this

  • @darcinator23

its basic shit you moron, anyone that has played soccer at a decent level and has studied it more in depth in getting coaching badges would know.

youve mentioned foster about 5,000 times yet you dont have a clue about player technical development which is a major thing foster will lecture people about

    typical afl bogan

by the way, arshavin was not a late bloomer rofl, he has been a regular russian international and champions league elite for the last 8 years

  • @KiiiLO bahahaha you are a joke i mentioned craig foster once.... how bout holger oseik??... how come German teams want him? (better than teams in the eredivise?) just face it dude Leckie is qaulity and if u dont know that u dont know shit...

and arshavin made his debut with zenit when he was 20.. that is late for a footballer these days and he only got to fame when he was 27 at the Euro 08. champions leage elite for past 8 years? please stop embarrassing yourself with these comments idiot

  • @darcinator23

    only got to fame?

lmao typical epl fan boy. any knowledgeable soccer fan knew about arshavin way before euro 2008. dont talk shit

a player making his debut at 20 for one of the richest clubs in the world, in one of the strongest leagues in the world is not the same as a 19 year old in the a-league you idiot lmao

you already proved you know nothing about soccer, you got owned by 4 guys on here already, stop embarrassing yourself and go back to watching afl you wanker HAHAHA!

  • Lol you are a bloody moron. Leckie was absolutely woeful at the Asian Championships. Couldn't even trap the ball and his completely inept levels of skill were really on show.

He's quick and aggressive but he's got very little ability on the ball. It's easy for Australian's to get carried away with him because he kills awful A-League defenders who should not even be professionals, but against better players, he's poor just like at the championships. Oar is twice the player Leckie is at the moment

  • @darcinator23

hey darcinator what games were you watching? leckie was rubbish! he was the only player in the team that didnt know how to dribble and utilize some skills. oar put him to shame with some of his runs where he just glided past defenders whereas leckie just lost the ball all the time and ran into dead alleys

  • yeah he will :)

  • 0:55-1:00 gives me goose bumps, just how easy he made it look. he WILL be a star. nd btw i like the 121 its kinda kewl. can they do that at club lvl?

  • this is disrepectful to Harry Kewell will all 'the next' about him. When Kewell was 17 he was playing in the English Premier League.

  • he got skill

  • He'll never be as good as Kewell. If Kewell wouldn't have been so injury prone, he'd be one of the best left wingers in Europe.

  • @OneManTurk0Maffia

    trueee

  • 0:55 why he has the number 121?????

  • @1905Tanju

because there is a stupid rule in asian cup qualifiers that a player must have a number and use the same number for the rest of the qualification

so basically if a player like kewell got number 10 in one match, but didnt play in the second match, no other player could take his number....so all our players that played for australia for the last 2 years had numbers going from 1 to 130 and stuff lol

  • @freshcelery thx :D

  • come please to galatasaray New harry kewell

  • the best thing for aussie football right now is that not only do we have good european based yougnster which we always had...but the domestic youngsters are improving a lot.

tommy oar is a good example of an aussie produced domestically. our 16 team has been undefeated for over a year and they should do well at the u17 world cup since the whole team is domestic based and dont have to worry about euro clubs. u20 team will have problems with clubs releasing, but not as much as the 2009 team

  • @freshcelery LOL I pretty much said the exact same thing to noyhinlikethis2009 on the "tommy oar brisbane roar" video....

Nice to see the European boys aren't being forgotten by every one...

  • Welkom mij utreg!! Hopelijk net zoveel assist en ook goals natuurlijk. Fc Utrecht

  • If hes the next Harry, then hes on his way to Galatasaray :)

  • @skullslayer3 aha, you makea me laughh

  • @megagunnage007 Except for the Italians. The Aussies had the oldest squad. And it doesnt look like they are developing many young players to fill the void.

  • @nothinglikethis2009

well actually, italy didnt have the oldest squad, maybe their first XI was fairly old, btu still not the oldest.

the oldest 23 man squad was England's

and its true we dont have many players in the 23-28 age bracket that are quality like the generation before them, but oar's generation 16-19 is littered with a lot of talent, possibly our best ever so it will be a few years till we see any results. i cant wait to watch our u17 and u20 team play at the youth world cup

  • @freshcelery Would that be the Aussie U20 squad that lost all 3 matches in the FIFA U20 World Cup in 2009???

  • @freshcelery Hear hear! Kamal Ibrahim, Eli Babalj, Monterosso, Kantarovski, Theo Markelis... I could go on and on... Terry Antonis, Birighitti, Kerim Bulut.... all have BIG futures ahead.

But especially Tommy Oar, Kantarovski and Kamal Ibrahim.

  • @nothinglikethis2009

sorry mate, i have to disagree with you on your last comment. although we didnt take many young players to the world cup, we have a lot of young talent coming through the ranks. tommy oar, james holland, marco jesic, rukavytsia (spelling?) are a few. and an 11 year old aussie boy (cant remember his name) has just been signed up by fc barcelona because they think he can be the next ronaldino

  • @griffin2421 Just did a google search barcelona signs 11 year old Australian boy, but I find nothing???? Any facts????

  • @nothinglikethis2009 ofcourse you would google it you lonely boy and ofcourse he isnt gonna make any news because he is just going over there to be developed. over the next 5-10 years is when you will start to hear about him

  • @griffin2421

Do you seriously believe that ANY young talent signing by a big club like Barca (even an Aussie) is going to be ignored by the press??? Stop dreaming.

  • @nothinglikethis2009 well fuckstain there will be an article or so out there, barca sign so many "young talents" that its not really a big issue. they also ruin plenty of to be talennts aswell. they need to nurture and develop his talents not exploit them. so im just throwing it out there, if your gonna be a cunt about it then go do what you do. lonely douchebaggg

  • @griffin2421 I was asking you to verify what you said. I guess if you cant...... ????

  • @nothinglikethis2009 i dont know about any aussie going to barcelona, but just so you know, we do have many many youths scattered at some top european clubs. off the top of my head julius davies - bayern munich theo markelis - valencia rhain davis - manchester united dean bouzanis - liverpool liam jacob - liverpool reece caira - aston villa shane lowry - aston villa chris herd - aston villa bradden inman - newcastle united aaron mooy - bolton wanderers robert tall - espanyol....
  • nd some more : kearyn baccus - real mallorca dylan tombides - west ham united matthew fletcher - sunderland billy tsovlos - portsmouth francis stella - siena jason davidson - pacos de ferreira robert stambolziev - panathinaikos and many many more....plus these guys are ALL UNDER 20 years old..we have many many talents in the 16-21/22 age bracket and also that u20 squad that went to the world cup was a weak squad, not our best squad since clubs didnt release our best players. we will do better
  • @freshcelery goodo. it'll be nice to see how things turn out for those boys over the next 5 yrs, also they'll either hit peak over be over the hill in 2022. are these guys a bumber harvest or is there a production line?

  • @freshcelery the list is brill m8.

  • Welkom bij utrecht!!

  • 0:54 Prachtig, ik verwacht veel van deze knul

  • so much skill at 0:55

  • @megagunnage007 He actually can score goals. He just hasn't lately. The season before he signed for us he was top assister in the QSL and one of the top goal scorers aswell. Also the first season he signed with us, when he was fifteen, he scored I think about 8 goals in the pre-season. Can't remember exactly but I know he scored more goals than everyone else in the squad combined that pre-season. One with his head aswell I believe.

Just give him some time. Goals will come.

  • good pace, good placing - expect a winger/playmaker like beckham

  • i know tommy :)

he is going to have such a bright future ahead of him

  • crap song choice mate.

  • Oar goes to the netherland Eredivision FCUTRECHT(L)

  • i hope he goes... we need fresh faces if your good enough your old enough.

  • The kid has talent - hopefully the only thing he gets from Kewell is he's talent not his injuries. He should go to the World Cup - good for his experience and the future of the Socceroos. He has speed and enthusiasm - the ageing squad that's going to the world cup he would be handy in the final minutes of the game against tiring defences. Every squad should have a young gun/understudy

  • lets hope for his sake he isn't the next harry kewell.

  • gosh if he is the next kewell then he's going to be useless! injured most of his career, over valued player and way WAY over rated. Oar made the squad, but chances are he won't make the bench let alone starting xi. At this age its vital to nurture & develop the kids talent and not expose him too much just yet.

  • Great video, horrid music.

Tommy Oar - South Africa 2010!

  • harry kewell not ageen

  • Good choise Tommy, FORZA UTRECHT !!!!!!!

    FCU - 030

  • its sick that his number for aus is 121

  • @moosildinho yea i didnt kno they could do that? can they have 3 digit numbers for club aswel?

  • are you serious, his defintely no paul gascoign and no harry kewell, look at the calibre of players he plays against in the a-league compared to the players kewell played against. though world cup football and playing at the top in holland to develope him much more than the pplayin in the a-league

  • Tommy is a gun ;)

  • Welcome to Utrecht Tommy! FORZA UTREG

  • thanks for choosing Fc Utrecht!!

  • Forza FC Utrecht !!

  • he is going to fc utrecht in the netherlands

  • @dimi4life

Kan niet wachten om hem te zien spelen :-D

  • i dont think u people understand. the video isnt saying saying he is as good as harry kewell, its saying he might be one day.

  • i want to see him at FENERBAHCE,really talented guy...

  • All this talk is premature. harry has played in the top league's of Europe. Harry has an illustrious career. tommy is a precocious talent but he needs to prove himself still. if he has teh right mentality and it looks as though he does he may be a successful pro.

He should go to South Africa if he earns the spot. In no other football nation would a player (save for Theo Walcott) get picked solely on the fact that there was excitement about him. We saw how that worked out for Theo too.

  • Comment removed

  • never

  • please come to galatasaray :D

    (*) Harry Kewell #19 (*)

  • love how he's no.121 (Y)

  • oh my god he is 18 years t

  • HARRY KEWElL IS ONLY ;) !

  • i like the enthusiasm but hes a way different player to gascoigne...gazza was a number 10...oar is a winger...and realistically hes different to harry as well. harry was a lot more skillful than tommy at is at his age, and was probably a bit quicker too. harry could play anywhere in the attacking third while oar is an old school winger. oar has crossing in his favor and also takes set pieces but definitely has a long way to go, but he will be a superstar if he keeps his head straight no doubt

  • Really like the way the kid plays. I hope he makes the squad for South Africa.

  • @itsehsteve

its imperative that he goes to south africa. the experiance will be invaluable

  • i disagree. its still to early for him. i would rather see rukavytsya go instead. hes scoring goals in europe regularly...not having good appearances against lowly indonesia.

oar has massive potential but hes gotta wait another 4 years imo

  • @freshcelery

:O i hope we have videos of him on youtube

  • @freshcelery i don't agree with you. I think this guy should definitely go to south africa. He could be one of this country's next huge stars, and experience in the world cup will help him.
