does it matter how the sprite:

*is smaller than the box area

*has an odd number of pixels in its width (ex: 13 pixels wide on a 32 bit box)

*is sized to keep it looking 8 bit (i want to make an atari styled game)

*or is leaning on one side of the box (ex: a small sprite in one corner of the box)

these are the only questions keeping me at a dead wall. if you or someone else could respond, then that would be great. :D

Not really that good, if you wanna learn to sprite you gotta observe video game sprites and basically just look at other good sprites and try to emulate them, dont follow this guide.
