Oooooh! A muskrat !! That spot reminds me of our campground. Your boys would love it there. Turtles deluxe! That was I believe a "paint" or "mud" turtle. Snapping turtles have dinosaur-like shells and can break a finger off with one bite! Hugs, Chris

That's a Painted Turtle. It's not a snapper but doesn't mean he won't bite. Watch what you put in the pond. He will eat small fish. They also can only eat while under water. That's why the bread didn't work out so well.
