re-do everything. Well it's obvius about the sizes, but you do get HD anyway

Maybe it has to do with the type of video it is? It's an AVI file and I believe the output was DivX

no, just use your file, when you put it ti editing, say 1280x720 and do as instructed in the video. Sorry if I forgot that detail :)

Yes you have to produce the video first. If you use Camtasia 5, you can't get HD. If you render first in Camtasia, then in Sony vegas (I have a video about HD in Sony vegas. Watch it and you can get HD

lol. i havent tried yet but mono means it comes out of 1 speaker and stereo means it would come out of all speakers thus sounding better. :D
