We should let him back in Canada although only after we find some loophole or dig up some old BRITISH law dating back to the days of colonial Canada that states that we have the right to requisition all of his not so hard-earned profit and property - then after we have accomplished that we will do what Rick Mercer suggested - put Blackheart in the back of the immigration line behind some Somali dude with a bullet in his leg. Or we could just not let him in. Depends on our collective mood.
Always seems to me if you have enough money know the right people you can buy yourself out of almost anything .......Only have to look at a few recent cases .Madhoff for example. YOu would get harder time for stealing $50

Will he be allowed to enter Canada seeing that he renounced his citizenship to become "Lord" and now has a criminal record?
