If you are responsible and pay your bills on time as the narrator says, you would have a good credit history to start with. You wouldn't need a credit card like this.

Have a credit score of 830 and ShittyBank decided to raise my rate to 29.99% - yep you got it 29.99% for NO FUCKING REASON. Other than of course they can't run their company profitably and want to screw those of us who can run our finances well.

This is nothing - In the UK there is a company called Provident and believe me, it is better to do without than to borrow of these bloodsuckers. A loan of £300 from provident and you will have to pay back £520 within a year! Sharks man, sharks and they get away with it as a registered company.

I actually have a few. shop around. you can get a good card that suits you. make sure you pay all your bills(utilities and rent) cause the credit card companies look to see if you are good at paying for things. My son, who just turned 18 got him self one as much as I hated the fact that he got one he did. to build up his credit rating he buy things with his card comes home and pays it.
you have $1000 available budget for the bill payments and you got 2 card debts with minimum payment of lets say one is for $400 other one is for $500 if you pay them both you only paying the minimum no good start paying off the small amount $400 so what you do is when you receive bill from $500 card don't pay from your budget money use your budget money all $1000 to finish the $400 one so the $500 bill you take out $500 and you give them back $500 this the amount stays same and bill gets payed

I've seen what credit cards do to families. My parents are in over $20K in debt due to medical bills and irresponsible spending. I'm fifteen now and I've vowed never to use a credit card in my life, even if I can afford it easily.

Bash credit cards all you want, but I like receiving $100 - $300 back for spending my money. The best part is I don't have to pay a fee to do it like with many debit cards.
These cards are not the problem. If you are irresponsible and choose to develop bad credit you will be reduced to getting these types of cards. If you are responsible and pay your bills on time you will be able to get better credit terms. Or be really smart and live with in your means and don't use credit. Its really up to you.
I only use cards for buying things online that are cheaper than what is available where i live.

CHASE is STILL the WORST. Taking taxpayers money and more than doubling our minimum payments from 2-5%. They do this on low interest balance transfer loans to get them paid off faster and/or negotiate you to a higher rate to restore the 2% minimum payment.
These people cannot be trusted. DON'T let them open branches in your community with taxpayer money. They are PREDATORS.
Why not start a credit card bank? Charge 30% APR, get 10,000 clients with a balance of 5000 dollars each, and the bank makes 10,000 x 5000 x 30% = 15 million dollar annual profit! There will be expenses, but they won't be 15 million... 1000 people investing 5000 each makes enough to start a bank. And if the bank makes a 10M profit, your 5000 dollars owns 0.1% of this. Typically a company with a 10M profit is worth 100M dollars, 0.1% of 100M is 100,000 dollars - a very good return on 5000 :)
Not everyone qualifies for a secured credit card, and the issuer may list you as a secured user, which does crap for rebuilding credit.
These ridiculous cards are for people who have messed up more than you can imagine, and are lucky to have anything available at all.
Thanks to government regulations, the card issuers can't charge interest rates which reflect the horrible gamble these customers represent, so they have to charge "fees" up front.
so let me get this straight...you are leading people to a credit card that you secure with 300 and then they charge you an 8+ interest rate...that is some great reasoning...why don't you just pay with cash...Get with the Dave Ramsey Program

It sounds like a bad deal to you, because you didn't just stiff some lender for $100,000 last year. If you had, this kind of credit card is what you get from a bank that doesn't want to crash.

I've been wondering why it still takes 5 days to "process" an electronic transfer when we live in the 21st century.
Apparently the money is used, by the card company, to play the overnight markets.
So, basically, the payments take 5 days because the credit card companies gamble with it.

Worst bank - that would be CitiBank aka ShittyBank. Had a 6.9% interest card - paid it off every month - got a few $'s charged to interest so they were making money but not a lot. Have a credit score of 830 and ShittyBank decided to raise my rate to 29.99% - yep you got it 29.99% for NO FUCKING REASON. Other than of course they can't run their company profitably and want to screw those of us who can run our finances well.

This is nothing - In the UK there is a company called Provident and believe me, it is better to do without than to borrow of these bloodsuckers. A loan of £300 from provident and you will have to pay back £520 within a year! Sharks man, sharks and they get away with it as a registered company.

I actually have a few. shop around. you can get a good card that suits you. make sure you pay all your bills(utilities and rent) cause the credit card companies look to see if you are good at paying for things. My son, who just turned 18 got him self one as much as I hated the fact that he got one he did. to build up his credit rating he buy things with his card comes home and pays it.

you have $1000 available budget for the bill payments and you got 2 card debts with minimum payment of lets say one is for $400 other one is for $500 if you pay them both you only paying the minimum no good start paying off the small amount $400 so what you do is when you receive bill from $500 card don't pay from your budget money use your budget money all $1000 to finish the $400 one so the $500 bill you take out $500 and you give them back $500 this the amount stays same and bill gets payed

credit card $5000 line of credit $10,000) ok first pay off the credit card $5000 but when you receive a bill don't pay the line of credit from your packet ) if the payment is let say $300 take out same amount (withdraw) and pay them back with there money so this way you can use your money that you were paying for both to pay double payment for 1 card do this till you pay off $5000

These cards are not the problem. If you are irresponsible and choose to develop bad credit you will be reduced to getting these types of cards. If you are responsible and pay your bills on time you will be able to get better credit terms. Or be really smart and live with in your means and don't use credit. Its really up to you.
I only use cards for buying things online that are cheaper than what is available where i live.

CHASE is STILL the WORST. Taking taxpayers money and more than doubling our minimum payments from 2-5%. They do this on low interest balance transfer loans to get them paid off faster and/or negotiate you to a higher rate to restore the 2% minimum payment.

Why not start a credit card bank? Charge 30% APR, get 10,000 clients with a balance of 5000 dollars each, and the bank makes 10,000 x 5000 x 30% = 15 million dollar annual profit! There will be expenses, but they won't be 15 million... 1000 people investing 5000 each makes enough to start a bank. And if the bank makes a 10M profit, your 5000 dollars owns 0.1% of this. Typically a company with a 10M profit is worth 100M dollars, 0.1% of 100M is 100,000 dollars - a very good return on 5000 :)

This is a blunt video.
Not everyone qualifies for a secured credit card, and the issuer may list you as a secured user, which does crap for rebuilding credit.
These ridiculous cards are for people who have messed up more than you can imagine, and are lucky to have anything available at all.
Thanks to government regulations, the card issuers can't charge interest rates which reflect the horrible gamble these customers represent, so they have to charge "fees" up front.
