  • Keep inspiring.

  • Awesome video! All the beings of the world deserve a life where they are not born or placed in poverty. We all have the right to a dignified life from the very fact that we are born. We CAN make it happen, so lets make it happen.

  • Great video! Hi Subed and rated ! I support an Equal Money System as A New World of Fairness to end corruption and poverty Thanks! If you agree to end the poverty and promote fairness please place me in your Box as Well for supporters sub my box as well - Thank you!

  • This an amazing video with amazing lyrics - Common Sense! Everyone has an Equal Right to a Dignified Life! Food, Water, Shelter and Education should be a basic Human Right!

  • Strength and love, I see determination in those that survive, little ones who carry their even littlier siblings into life, into a selection not natural, but causing that shared thousand yard stare of those initiated into the knowledge that the many have the power, the few have the money, and the news controls who we hate and love, 1984 is late, Orwell, but good blueprint, buddy, they say, and one percent of the population owns ninety nine percent of the wealth, food alplenty, people starving.

  • what us the song after "bam bam"????? i need it for my yr8 school assembly on refugee day!!!!!!! SOMEONE TELL MEEEE

  • There will come a day when these conditions will not be. Millions now living will see it. Believe It in your heart by feeding your mind

  • 1:38 Those Cubans Knew to make a raft out of a Chevrolet!!! Beacuse if it was a Toyota That fucker would sink. . He he!!

  • Suheir Hammad Makes Me tear Like a baby - truth makes real men shiver - respecc to all the people responsible for this video. one love - Peace/Salam

  • there are 160 asylum seekers that went to aus shore, when they see an AUS Navy, they set their boat alight so that we are forced to bring them onshore. Those refugees are KILLERS.

  • 500 million African refugee, pls come to Australia, bring HIV and Ebola too. They welcome you here, bring also unrest and ethnic war. Accepted that down here. u 1st class citizen, us we bow to you give u new life while we pay High tax

  • so ugly is your comment... so racist.. you white cocasian ppl .. you took the land from the originies .. you genocide them you .deprive them from essence ..and speek about refugees..

    YOU ARE THE REFUGEES!!

  • nah man were the dominant race bro

  • Aborigines are Ok, they are the fathers of our Land, our PM has said sorry to them. they have free dental, social benefits and housing benefits and free University. White people are better in managing a country or state rather than Arabs and Black people. Death hunger, oppression come from the Land that Black people run, just look at africa, somalia, middle east. and you throw the people you oppress out of your country to be refugees coz u cant manage your own social political agricultural.

  • first of all, what is the relation between being black or white and if you can run a country or not! it's not in the color of your skin but it's more in the color of your soul, Somalia isn't obressed and doomed because of her black people""" ! it's from the continiouse un-human colonlaizations, and occupations and alos Middle east ! u cant say that tehy are black , they are a mix whites, and cucassians \.. read

  • 2:41 through 2:55 is my favorite part!!

  • Amazing video. Although I do have to say that those in New Orleans were / are not refugees because they never left the borders of their nation. Technically they are Internally Displaced Persons, but that is just me picking at small shit. I do love this video though it is very powerful.

  • on the definition of a refugee, if you care :) . Refugee is any person who was forced to leave their house forcefully under natural disasters or militant force. I think that what I recall from reading somewhere. "Internally Displaced Persons" == Refugee.

  • Yes, in normal language you are perfectly right. But in law there's a technical difference between the legal concepts IDP and refugee. When a refugee crosses an international border (s)he enters the legal status of the 1951 Geneva Convention and loses and gains certain legal rights. So in international law there's a distinction between refugee and IDP. For normal humans it's less relevant.

  • Refugees are not just who leave their countries, you can be a refugee inside your country if you dont have a place to live in and evrey one is trying to"help you" like the palestinians there are thousands refugees outside Palestine and there is more inside..

  • very sad:( world is so unfair

  • Even thou gh it would seem that it is the most simple solution to ridd the world of people that think like IncaPeru, i would advise the world against thaT. after all we are all humans and if people like IncaPeru are worked on, i believe that they can be made to hav a heart and conscience just like me and you...

  • Very effective, thanks

  • gooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooood

  • I have watched Suheir's UTube's ever since she's posted them, but have never bothered to register to post a comment, but now that I am registered, I had to comment on this one. It is amazing. She is amazing. I am fortunate to have met her. She is a very special person and deserves all the praise she gets for the work she is creating.

  • I will second that. Her presence in person is almost godlike. I am probably her biggest fan. She is truely an inspiration and amazingly talented.

  • Awesome video brothernajir, the photos are really fitting and they are all such good examples of refugees, of the landless. How sad is it that there are Americans who are landless, homeless, and are abandoned and rejected in their own country?

Really powerful, I love Suheir Hammad too.
