It has been reported that the scene in which The Doctor gives the Meta-Crisis Doctor a piece of the Tardis coral may have not been in the show, it is still canon.

@thedalekterminator If your talking about the begging song then Uprising by Muse...love that song so much. My friend and I got the muse cd when it first came out and we were like OMG it sounds like doctor who. :D
Unfortunately David is already filming a pilot episode for a new series in the US called "Rex Is Not Your Lawyer", so...he won't be available for a Doctor Who spin-off series:(
