how do you work out all the different parts?

do you just follow the lead and work off harmonising notes on a piano or something?

if by "work off" you mean learning the exact part for the entire song, then I have arrangements for them... but if by "work off" you mean being able to sing them all, then I guess I just have a talent for it... I usually record the lead first, then the bass, then tenor and last bari...

Hey Finey. Your definately the best multitracker out there^^ Love your work. I've been doing multitrack for about 5 years so please check out my Omnibus. However, with the exception of (Steal My Sunshine, The Chiyo Chan Song, and Stop the Rock) all I use is windows sound recorder and a walmart mic.

If I could sing like you, I might invest some money in it, but I'm just an average guy who is obsessed with harmony!^^

Finey - You are the king of Multitrack. I never knew this even existed, but I've been doing it on cassette to make myself performance tracks for church. Is there a website you would suggest for mics and other equipment? You are the Man!

well, I never buy my recording gear on a website, so I wouldn't know... But as long as you're looking for singing mics, the higher price, the better =) Also, you can go to a music store and they will probably recommend you a mic. Just say it's for digital recording purposes.

it was a little tougher to get to make a recording when working full time, unlike this summer when I got half the album done. Imagine the time it takes for a quartet to make a recording, I have to do what they do at least 4 times, so it's gonna take some time. I'm aiming for the end of October!
