pitbulls, bull terriers and all other dogs are not monsters. If your dog is a monster than you are a monster. Dogs learn things from their masters, so look at yourself and how you are raising your dog if you have a monster dog. Dogs are like children, they will grow up the way you raise them. I am a proud parent of a beautifull bluenose pitbull. He is the most gentle, playfull dog I have owned. Why? i raised him right.

So sad pitbulls are considered dangerous dogs in the UK, and it is illegal to possess one. If someone has one, it gets put to sleep. A stupid ruling by our stupid government who just can't see how gentle this breed can be.

love this vid, it's so true. I grew up with a beautiful BT girl. She put up with so much from me - I poked and prodded her, pulled her ears and tail.. I think I even painted her once (she was white! needed some colour... ) and never once did she turn on me. The only hurtful thing she ever did was eat the legs off my toys. Now I'm all grown up, and I have two - a male and a female, and they're the best dogs I could ever hope for. Just wish people would give them more of a chance.

any dog will be vicious if trained to be, bull terriers have such a bad rep but theyre such lovely animals, mine is without a doubt my best friend and when shes with my 3 month old niece she sits next to her happily without any trouble, ive been bit in the face by a dog before it doesnt mean i think all dogs will do the same just some are raised better than others, and no the dog wasnt a bull terrier, Bull Terriers are beautiful animals, just a shame theyre so misunderstood!

@hannahbell21 The Bull Terrier (Spuds Mackenzie, Target dog) is a completely different animal from the American Staffordshire or pit bull as it's commonly know. The pit bull does have a bad rap and you are correct that it's mostly undeserved. But don't confuse the two breeds. The Bull Terrier has a very distinctive face shape and is unmistakable for any other breed.
