Dont get me wrong, this is a nice Vault, however, its not QUITE a tsuk triple, its a Kasamastu double twist. The Main difference is the entry, a Tsuk is a full 1/2 twist onto the vault table, and a Kas more of a 1/4 1/4 on. the tusk you would end your 1/2 twist facing the vault table after the block, but this one ends facing away, which is a kasamatsu entry. Either way, both vaults are called a Lopez, and are worth a 7.0 start value. (Justin Spring does this vault too).

I'm counting three rotations-but I'm not good at this-when do you start counting the rotation? As he goes onto the horse or as he takes off?

since this vault is erm... kaz/tsuk entry, so the FIRST full twist isn't really 360, its juz a 270 degree twist, after that, u can start counting the double full. so together u have TRIPLE TWIST (tsuk) at the same time, double twist (kaz) .... get it?
and yes, u start to count when he place his hand on vault.
