Uhm, I have morals, hah. I'm sorry they had to witness that, but it IS youtube. You really should have watched the video first to make sure it was okay for your kids to watch instead just blindly searching videos. So, don't bad mouth my morals if you don't expect me to bad mouth your parenting.
Cute idea. Unfortunately, you did not demonstrate how the hand should be oriented when finger spelling to someone. All the letters except G and H are signed with the palm generally facing the "recipient." You clearly show how the hand forms the letters, but the orientation of the hand is also very important!
THAT was the clearest, most complete deminstration I've seen of the Sign alphabet! ..only had a question on "M".. the thum peers up after the 3rd finger, right? :)
Really fun guys! I'm hard-of-hearing, {from reaction to an antibiotic many years ago}, so have long been interested in learning this.. Helen Keller was always my hero!;)
Oops! Silly me~ I was NOT thinking of correct SPELLing WAS I.. *demOnstration*! and ..well, "thum" I'll forgive myself for.. my *thumB* must've been hitting the space-bar while I was tapping the "b"! ..yeah, thAT must've been it! ..hehe;)

She mouths, then deletes her comments.
Must not have felt as strongly about this video as she thought she did.

Okay, good advice, but I don't know al the formalities of ASL. I just know what my parents taught me. They were deaf, so I learned the slang for it.
