I don't think so yet, but if you run it in compatibility mode the client will at least work.

I think i know how to make it compatible with vista. I haven't tried yet because i don't have a machine to test it on.

When you build the server and go to the SIN thing.... are you supposed to put your victims IP or your own IP????

You're supposed to put ur own ip, so that ur victim can connect to you (other wise you would have to know your victims IP) . Use dns (no-ip) to hide the actual IP.

Okay thank you an an other thing is i Disabled My virus program and made a server but when i pressed on it nothing happent.. then i took up the task maneger and saw that it opened 1 CMD.exe every second whats that... is it supposed to do that ?

No and, Make sure that you have a port forward set up on your router if you used the "External IP" button. Other than that i don't know what happened.
