@arickuk You do not use oatmeal in a fruit CRUMBLE, a crumble has a shortbread topping. You use oatmeal in something like apple crisp or rhubarb crisp.

I have always cooked my rubarb first and have never put in that much sugar wow your teeth must squeek after that lot.
