Totally. It's like he's an acrobat with the sticks and pedals. yeah great. But, it sounds pretty crappy to listen to. kind of like masturbation on the drum set, or some of those crap 80's arena rock band guitar solos. Whooopeeee! I'd prefer something w/ some soul.
wow ^^^ you obviously dont have a great respect for music. check out hate eternals old drummer derrek roddy, or Emperor drummer that just wrote an album with Abigail williams... or even a buddy of mine Jon Rice (job for a cowboy) all "metal head" drummers that are amazing.... yes just because you can use double bass doesnt meen anything but when you can keep beat with you feet and hands how those drummers do are amazing... get out in the music world more my friend. douch bag.

Great solo, some good solid grooves there.. but the bass drum seems to stick out, a little too punchy maybe.
