you mean adjust valve clearance? you just need a feeler gauge to check can buy those from autoshops, to adjust if you can still read the shim number no need for micrometer, default valve clerance should be exhaust = 0.23 ± 0.03 / intake =0.16 ± 0.03
@mattttam03062005 well we've used underbone shims for hornets and cbr600, doesnt matter if you get them from japan or america, shims are all the same, they don't wear down, valves do

if the shim is used for hornet 250, i'd like to buy them from japan, that will be more than 3usd!
