Can someone tell me if this appears on the original astralia release from 1994 - the title above says its a remix which didnt seem to be released until 97 but on a different label.

you're right, was my mistake. wrote the wrong format (12"). It's on the original CD EP from 1994 on NOOM Records.
2. Release was 1995 on the spanish label "Blanco Y Negro" catalog number MX 632
