Man, you're a total prat. In this song and in most of White Stripes' songs, drums are simple, so what ? It totally fits. One guitar and a girl on the drums : so simple but as far as I know so damn good. There is no need to hit the snare a hundred time per minute if it's useless, as it can often be in metal songs. Oh, and speed doesn't mean it's necessarily great drums, contrary to what you metal fan might think.

I don´t search speed or extremily hard compsistions on drums, and I got nothing against white stripes, in fact, i like jack, I just say that meg, so simple but still great as you say she is, is not creative. is nothing that any other drummer could have created. I like rythm, not speed, jack puts all the rythm in their songs, I just don´t like meg style. that´s all.
