Very interesting. However you left out the fact that Alaska farms up to 1.5 billion salmon a year to sustain their "wild" fishery. These fish were fed pellets infused with melamine at the time of this. The feed was not recalled and could be in a store near you. While you put on your party, add some American farmed salmon to the menu.

As a house painter, I know how it works. I place my bid & only do quality work using quality materials, I lose lots of business to people who do crappy, sloppy work with overly thinned down cheap materials. Higher quality work takes more time, better materials cost more money. Americans want it cheap so they get it cheap, including their foods & pet foods

This is scary, I live in Canada. What the hell am I supposed to eat now? I don't know how long they have been using melamine in White Rabbit candies, because I used to eat them a couple of years ago. I'm never ever going to eat anything made in China again, and now I'm paranoid to eat fish and even veggies? Jeez I might as well grow my own veggies in my backyard.
