Yep, he has the classic shoes for a second... Shows you how Sega rushed this game on the Dreamcast (there are other graphical glitches exclusive to the DC, such as the infamous Rouge's tail glitch). In Sonic Adventure 2 Battle, a lot of these issues were corrected.
