John, there's a problem here. Say you've got someone at AIG who earns 35,000 a year and their spouse earns 215,000. Under this bill the poor person earning 35 would have their bonus nullified. Doesn't seem right to me.

I think we need to chalk up already paid bonuses as a loss, and put in language for future bonuses and most importantly there needs to be a sunset clause. We just plain need government and business separate. otherwise we'll end up with Marxism/Leninism. I don't like that future.

in 2007 Koch Foods, (here in SW Ohio) got raided by ICE for hiring illegal aliens. They found 160 workers here illegally. Those people were being paid under the table and were not paying taxes. Meanwhile, their children went to our taxpayer funded schools. Boehner doesn't have a problem with LEGAL immagration. He sticks up for the TAXPAYERS by coming down hard on companies like Koch Foods and running the illegals out of our town. No wonder he always gets re-elected!

If California decided to deport the illegals that are in their state they could accomplish 2 things at once. This would be a massive undertaking and would create jobs that could be filled by US citizens. Ridding that state of the illegal aliens would reduce the deficit by reducing costs. Illegals do not contribute they take away from legal taxpaying citizens. Yes, by all means we should deport those that are here illegally. We are a nation of LAWS. Too bad so many dems don't get it.
