This is excellent! I received a scholarship a few years ago for my first year in college and I don't remember having had the opportunity to learn so much about the lynn and her generous giving. I read a bit on the website but the facebook and now the youtube additions have helped me to appreciate so much more what Bernice Lynn has contributed to the high desert community and beyond.
The Lynn Foundation has helped me so much and I am so incredibly grateful. The UC system has raised its fees 32% this year and will continue with another 8% increase the following year. You do not know how much it helps to receive any and all aid possible in order for us sophmore, junior, and senior college students to continue attending school despite horrifying increases in our tuition.
