Well it raised my blood pressure cos the link on the website gives this video and the link here gives the website, circles but no download???!

@DogDayDreams - this is what you need to do to get your free download..........when you land on my home page there is an image on the left of the page with text saying "Free Downloads" Click on either the image or the text.....this will take you to my shop page......scroll down until you find the orange rose, and underneath that picture is the text "Click here for your free download" That will then give you the download :-) and it's FREE, not strings, no hidden catches, just for the love of it.

130/70 is not normal. systolic above 120 is increased risk.

@gp4nut - agreed is it just into the hbp range, but I was told it was considered ok if one is of the older generation - 120 and below is considered ideal and normal for the younger person. That is what I was told anyhow :-)
